Japji Sahib

Everyday - 5.00am

The Japji Sahib appears at the very beginning of the Sri Guru Granth Sahib from Ang 1-8 in the Holy Scriptures of the Sikhs. It is regarded the most important Bani (set of verses) and is recited every morning by all practising Sikhs. Asa Di Vaar, which was composed by Guru Nanak Dev Ji and means "Ballad of Hope" follows on from 6.30am.

Rehras Sahib

Everyday - 5.30pm

The Rehras Sahib is the daily evening prayer and is part of the Nitnem. It reminds us about the greatness of Vaheguru and is contains the hymns of for Gurus; Guru Nanak Dev Ji, Guru Amardas Ji, Guru Ramdas Ji and Guru Arjun Dev Ji. Benti Chaupai by Guru Gobind Singh and Anand Sahib by Guru Ram Das Ji complete the Prayer.

Punjabi Classes

Sunday 10.00-11.00am for Advanced

Sunday 11.00-12.00pm for Beginners

Come and learn to read, write, and communicate in Punjabi. It is open to all ages whether you are a beginner or advanced and we offer a friendly learning environment.

Sikh History Class

Monday - 4pm - 5pm

Come and learn how the Sikhi way of life formed. How it is a disciplined mode of living coupled with a belief in the presence and unity of one God, the equality of all mankind.
